These Terms govern your use of our services via WhatsApp, astroniyati.in, and related platforms. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
NATURE OF SERVICE
AstroNiyati provides Vedic astrology consultations delivered as text-based readings on WhatsApp, using your birth details to generate a computed Vedic chart and an AI-assisted, principle-guided reading.

Astrology is a traditional interpretive practice, not a science. Our readings are for guidance and reflective purposes only.
Our readings are NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, prediction accuracy, or life result.
Decisions you make based on a reading are your own responsibility.
ELIGIBILITY
To use AstroNiyati's services, you must be at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering a binding contract, provide accurate birth details, and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We reserve the right to decline service to any user at our discretion.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Current prices (all GST inclusive):
Single question reading: ₹99
Bundle of 3 questions (valid 60 days): ₹199
International/NRI pricing in USD; separate schedule applies
Payments processed via Razorpay. Prices include 18% GST. GSTIN 27AALCN7153R1ZJ on all invoices. Payment must be completed before reading generation. We reserve the right to revise pricing with prior notice.
SERVICE DELIVERY
Readings delivered on your WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment confirmation and receipt of your specific question. Unclear or incomplete questions may extend delivery time.
Bundle credits are valid 60 days from purchase. Unused credits expire and are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to decline questions outside our service scope.
PROHIBITED USE
You agree NOT to use our services for:
Questions relating to illegal activities
Predictions of death, terminal illness, or dates of demise
Questions designed to harm another person
Legal, medical, or financial advice-seeking
Questions about identifiable third parties without consent
Bulk or commercial reselling of readings
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, readings, brand materials, and website content are property of NYRA Astro Flow Private Limited. Your reading is licensed for personal use. You may not resell or republish it. The AstroNiyati name, logo, and "Jyotika" persona are trademarks of NYRA Astro Flow Private Limited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our total liability arising from any reading is limited to the amount paid for that reading (₹99 or ₹199).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on any reading. We are not liable for outcomes in your personal, professional, financial, or health decisions.
NO GUARANTEES
We make no guarantees regarding prediction accuracy, timing of predicted events, outcomes of decisions based on readings, or suitability of remedies. Readings should be considered one input among many, not the sole determining factor.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify NYRA Astro Flow Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
MODIFICATIONS
Material changes communicated via WhatsApp to active customers and updated on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
