OUR PHILOSOPHY

We built AstroNiyati on the promise of honest, fixed-price Vedic guidance. That promise extends to refunds: we will always be fair, and we will always err on the side of the customer where the situation is genuinely unclear.

That said, because our service involves a personalised digital reading (which cannot be "returned"), specific conditions apply. Please read carefully before purchase.

2. WHEN REFUNDS APPLY

You are eligible for a full refund if:

2.1 No reading delivered within 48 hours of payment (technical failure on our side).
2.2 Duplicate payment (accidental double payment).
2.3 Payment made but question fell outside service scope and we declined to answer.
2.4 Verified quality failure — reading contains material factual errors specific to your birth chart (wrong Moon sign, Nakshatra, or dasha). You may choose free replacement or full refund.

3. WHEN REFUNDS DO NOT APPLY

• Reading has been generated and delivered to your WhatsApp

• You disagree with the interpretation or remedies provided

• Predicted outcomes did not materialise (astrology is guidance, not guarantee)

• You changed your mind after purchase but before receiving the reading

• Bundle credits expired after 60 days

• You provided incorrect birth details (we offer paid re-reading at discount in genuine cases)

• Reading declined due to eligibility or prohibited use violation

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email guruji@astroniyati.in with subject "Refund Request — [Your Name]".

Include:

• Full name at purchase

• WhatsApp number at purchase

• Date of transaction

• Razorpay transaction ID

• Reason for refund request

Timeline:

• Acknowledgment within 48 hours

• Decision within 5 business days

• If approved, refund to original payment source within 7-10 business days (Razorpay processing timelines apply)

5. REFUND METHOD

Refunds processed to the original payment source only. We cannot process to alternative accounts, methods, or third parties. GST paid on the original transaction is refunded proportionately.

6. BUNDLE CANCELLATIONS

For the ₹199 3-question bundle:

• 0 credits used: full refund within 48 hours of purchase (provided no reading generated)

• 1 credit used: partial refund of ₹100 within 15 days of purchase

• 2 credits used: no refund on remaining credit

• Expired credits (after 60 days): non-refundable

7. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes resolve amicably within 5 business days via email. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action under payment fraud laws.
